Narrowcasting
A term used against "broadcasting" to describe a podcast's ability to reach an interested audience. Don't let "narrow" apply to the size of the audience, but rather describe the focus of the podcast content. A podcast on Mac tips could have a large and diverse audience. It's also important to keep that focus top of mind when developing keyword lists for podcast promotion (either in optimization, pay-per-click campaigns or banner advertising).
